The kitchen is spacious with a large granite island and has all the cookware and utensils needed to accommodate any culinary requirement. A large grill is also provided on the deck and outdoor shower for return trips from the beach located only steps away. The completely finished lower level contains a recreation room equipped with a ping-pong table and many other games. Walk out from the lower level to the back yard overlooking the ocean with gardens and granite steps down to the newly expanded parking area.
