- All BRAND NEW Tempurpedic type mattresses with exception of one queen which was recent! Two Master Suites 2ND Floor: Master Bdrm ONE has Fr. doors to the deck facing waterviews, queen bed pvt full bath. 2nd Bath - is full bath which serves gen pop bdrm 2 ( queen) bdrm3( 3/4 bed ) 1ST Floor:Full bath on 1st Level is Pvt. for Lower level Master Bdrm with King bed. this room is on the same level to a very Large Room that has 2 couches, multiple chairs, game tables, and two built in very long bunks and a pull out queen. This room also has a flat screen TV and a treadmill. The treadmill can ONLY be used by responsible adults. The 4th Bathroom serves the general population and the 5th bedroom which has a double bed. Sleeps 11 in BEDS with out the pull out couch or cot There is an outside shower area near the pool. There is a tree house near the pool , plantings and mature large Oaks. There is association tennis 2 min walk. Walking trails to north shore also nearby
