It is close to fine dining establishments, the Stone Harbor shopping district and is 5th house in from Avalon's beautiful beaches. No need to cross any streets to access the beach! The house has all leather furniture and accessorized with a big screen TV with surround sound in the living room and 2 - 27 inch TVs in the Family and Master bedrooms. All have cable. The home also features a full size washer and dryer, outside shower, in ground heated pool with jacuzzi, garage and off street parking for 3 cars. The upside down design and wrap-around deck guarantee ocean views. Also included is a gas grille, deck furniture, plates, utensils and glassware you will need to vacation in style! Our home is located beach block on the border of Avalon and Stone Harbor. It is close to fine restaurants and the Stone Harbor Shopping district. The Wildwood Amusement Piers are 5 minutes down the Jersey Turnpike and Atlantic City is 20 minutes up the pike! Philadelphia is only 1.5 hours away and New York is only a 2.5 hour trip. Then of course there's always the beach and your own private pool!
