Lubec Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $450 per week, plus tax. Available spring and fall for short stays at $90/night 3 night minimum.
- May through. Oct. $450/wk. Please add $50 per week for pets.
$250 per week reservation/damage deposit due when placing reservation. (Deposit acts as a reservation deposit until your stay begins and then becomes a damage deposit during your stay. Deposit is refundable at end of stay.)
Pets and children are welcome with prior approval, an additional $50/week deposit, and a $50/week rental surcharge.
