Muskegon House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $950/week
- Stays less than one month will incur county room tax(5%) of basic rate.
Two months before stay commences 1/2 total is due.
One month before stay commences remaining balance is due.
Damage Deposit is $200.00 & Cleaning Fee is $50.00.
Both are refundable after home is inspected & found to be left tidy.
If there are no damages or costs incurred along with an overall cleanliness,
the $250.00 is usually returned in less than a week.
To reserve Plum Hollow a personal or cashier's check, money order,
or credit card info must be received & cleared.
Check-in can be at 3pm or anytime thereafter.
Check-out must be no later than 10am or before.
A signed contract is also required. - Cancellation & Refund:
We understand that sometimes circumstances can change due to unexpected events.
We feel as caring persons we can only handle each situation as it may present itself by trying to be as understanding as possible for everyone involved.
Due to our own situation we have as you might say a 'general rule of thumb'.
If partial payment has been made & there must be a cancellation,
then we have to see if it's possible to rebook the same dates.
We will try our hardest to be fair in these matters.
Our reputation & your future business is also important to us.
The best assurance of covering a possible loss
would be to contact your travel or insurance agent.
They can usually provide trip insurance.

- The master bedroom, besides having a nice, big king-size bed & TV/VCR, also has the convenience of a 1/2 bath. There is a private toilet and linen storage area. A sink with a decorative cabinet is next to toilet. The full bathroom allows the option of taking a nice, warm shower or bath. There's a large double sink in the downstairs laundry room.

Muskegon House Details
Bluffton: The Bluffton neighborhood is safe, friendly, and quiet. Neighbors welcome visitors with open arms. Their friendliness is one of the many reasons people love living here. Especially, in the summer. The easy access to both lakes & so many other valuable amenities are a few of the many pluses. This 3 bedroom home features a sun-filled living room, dining room with table and chairs for 6-8 people, full service kitchen with table and chairs, breakfast nook with a booth, basement laundry area, and 1.5 baths. Outside eating & grill area. Old oak and beech trees are all around property.
Across the street is Bluffton Elementary with a many playground areas, basketball courts, and a softball diamond up against a large sand dune. The climbing apparatus by the school varies so very young to older children can safely play on it. Ample parking. Extensive library with plenty of coffee table reading materials. VHS movies, cassettes, DVDs, and CD's are also available. Volleyball net, lines, & ball are provided for your choice of any one of the 40 sand courts just around the corner.
Remodeling and painting for 2009: Dial up internet can be used through the phone. We also plan on painting a lot inside & out.
