Provincetown House Details
Close to town, quiet neighborhood: It is 5 minutes to Spritus Pizza, the Post Office, 10 minutes to the Boat slip and 15 minutes to the Galleries in the East End. This is a small street off Bradford in a quiet neighborhood so the yard becomes your own private haven. Within minutes you can be in the hustle of the Provincetown Summer Commercial Street fun. The house has air conditioning for the bedrooms when the sea breezes aren't quite enough. The house is a thoroughly updated Victorian farmhouse with the modern conveniences and old charm. Internet: For those wanting high speed internet there is a 'cyber' cafe as well as a full service internet center 5-10 minutes from the house. Dial up access can be made through the local land line connection in the house.
Outside space, parking: There is a 14 x 20 foot bricked patio and a huge yard. The landscaping is purposely more indigenous to reduce water consumption. A privacy fence separates the yard/patio from the driveway where there's easy parking for 5 cars.
