There are spectacular water views from every room. Take advantage of the many attributes this home has to offer: covered porch, sunny deck , small grassy front and side yard or the sandy beach. Amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, deck with furniture, charcoal grill, cable TV with VCR, high speed internet access, ac unit, enclosed outdoor shower and more! Cleaning fee is $200. NO PETS/NO SMOKING.

Waterfront home in Chatham on Cockle Cove beach (Nantucket Sound). This home is situated on one of the most popular areas on Cape Cod. It is rare to find a home in Chatham directly on the beach. You are only a short drive to town (3.5 miles). The neighborhood is great for many activities for all ages including but not limited to: biking, strolling, riding, walking, running, driving, smelling the salty air and especially bird watching (Great Blue Heron, King Fisher, Egrets, Ducks). It's truly a beach escape to the Cape.
