Off season:
Nov 1 - May 20, $300 - $500 night (2 night minimum) Higher rate is a Holiday Rate. Rentals less than 1 week in duration incur a $125 cleaning surcharge.
Credit card payments incur a 3% service fee
Holiday periods include: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
Refundable damage deposit of $500.00 required for all bookings
