Newly built, spacious 1500 sqft, can be adjusted for your needs from 1 to 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, includes a fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining area, master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bath. The balcony has ocean views of Puerto del Rey Marina and the islands of Culebra and Vieques. Two queen beds, one full bed with one twin bunk plus sleeper sofa in living area accommodate up to 7 people. All bed mattresses are Sealy. All linens & towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen includes dishes & utensils, pots, baking pans, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, microwave. LAUNDRY room with washer, dryer and utility sink. Ironing board and iron provided. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. For telephone service, bring your cellphone. Rental car is a must to see all the great things to do on the main island or nearby isles. The condo is very clean, well kept and is in an excellent location. ALL Pictures are exaclty what the condo looks like. No smoking, no pets, no Internet connection.
