Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- PEAK SEASONAL RATES JULY 2 TO SEPT 3, $750 PER WEEK
- Vacation Special September/October $250/week (Senior Special $200/week + Taxes)

Use Old Orchard Beach as your hub to discover the spectacular beauty and serenity of New England in the Fall. Drive the winding back roads in relative ease as you venture into small quaint towns full of Autumn leaves, village greens and quiet bays amongst the backdrop of white church steeples and a plethora of country fairs.
Rates are based on 4 people, $50/week extra for the 5th person, maximum of 5 people
$25 Discount for repeat renters who follow the posted cottage rules
Check in 2 pm Saturday - Check out 10 am following Saturday - OFF SEASON - JUNE 2ND TO JUNE 30TH - $350 PER WEEK

- Front bedroom twin beds can be connected to make a queen sized bed, ask owners to connect please. Front bedrooms, located upstairs, also has an air conditioner that will cool the back bedroom by keeping your entrance doors opened. Matresses are one year old, with new comforters. Comforters are changed weekly and washed. There are fans in both bedrooms as an added comfort. Blankets are stored in the front bedroom bureau in case it gets cold. The owners request you bring your own linens. In that way, you know they are clean and fresh. There have been instances in other cottages where renters have complained about unclean sheets (linens). Arrangements can be made with the owners to provide linens upon request for an added fee of $25. If you desire linens, we can make the beds for you or we can make them available by placing the linens on the beds to be made.
