Shaded parking for up to 2 cars or 1 car and a boat trailer is located under the condo. If additional parking is needed renters may purchase additional parking for their boat trailer at off site locations. Renters have use of 3 bikes (2 rental type bikes and 1 kids BMX bike) full beach gear such as beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, toys, fishing gear, pool noodles, and some snorkeling gear. Even videos and board games are included inside the condo. The most common comment we receive about Pelican's Perch is that the condo is 'even better than expected.'
