Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2,390-$5,795/week
- Rate for 4th of July week is 10% higher. Florida lodging tax of 11%, a $225 cleaning fee, a $35 booking fee and a $500 security deposit are the only additional charges. Maximum occupancy is no more than 8 adults and 2 small children. Please add $75 per person in excess of eight people
- Reservation and Cancellation Policy- To make a reservation, simply email your address, phone number and the time period you desire. We will email to you an reservation request form which outlines the rates, deposit, terms and conditions of the reservation. Upon you mailing the deposit check, my property management company will then send you a reservation confirmation and check-in packet. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival and the final payment must be made by check or money order. If this payment is not received on time, the reservation is cancelled. If full payment is received prior to rebooking, then the reservation will be reinstated. In the event of cancellation for any reason, refunds will only be made in the amount received if the unit is rebooked, if any, less a $50 cancellation fee. The security deposit is refunded approximately 45 days after your stay minus any charges for damage to the unit.
