Bartlett House Details
Security Deposit and Contract Required: Security Deposit Required for all renters. Weekend fee is $300. Weekly fee is $500. To be paid by check prior to stay and will be refunded upon departure after home is inspected. Contract is required for all renters. Will be faxed or emailed to renter to be reviewed. Then mailed back to owner signed with non-refundable deposit to book stay and security deposit.
