This lovely, private home offers convenient access to a bike trail, town center and beaches. Two of the most beautiful beaches are Lighthouse Beach (two miles) and Hardings Beach (four miles). It's one and half miles to town. Enjoy breakfast through the atrium doors off the first floor master-size bedroom (with private bath) on the 40 foot sunny deck. The upscale, spacious living room features cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors extending to the dining area and sliding doors, as yet a second entry to the south- facing deck. Second floor has bonus sitting area queen sleep sofa, full bath, second bedroom with one double and one twin and third bedroom with queen. Modern kitchen features a Jenn-air range with a half bath and enclosed washer and dryer nearby. Other amenities include an enclosed outdoor hot and cold water shower, walk-in closets in all bedrooms, fenced frontage affording privacy, separate storage building, and attractive landscaping.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
