Anini Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $1425 to $1725 per week.

$1425/week for 2 guests, add $100 per week per extra guests, up to six.
Security deposit is $500.
Hawaiian tax 11.4%.
$400 Security deposit.
$125 Cleaning fee.
There is a one week minimum during Holidays.
Three night minimum during other periods.
To reserve, send a check for $500 to Surfside Properties 3281 Kalihiwai Rd. Kilauea, HI 96754. This will hold your reservation until 45 days before your stay, when balance is due.

Anini Beach House Details
Beautiful Anini Beach & Kalihiwai Area: The beach is never crowded and is protected by an offshore reef, allowing for swimming and snorkeling year-round. The beach road is a little two lane rural road-no through traffic-Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. This is a very upscale neighborhood with gorgeous homes along the beach, Wide, flat paths to the ocean are located every three houses--no cliffs to climb down as in Princeville! Plumeria is about 300 yards to the oceanfront. Located very near by is the beautiful Kalihiwai Lagoon. where our guests can take the kayaks and paddle up the river to the waterfalls. Property is very convenient to the shops, market and restaurants at Princeville and Hanalei.
Plumeria's Lanai: Plumeria is surrounded on three sides by a deep roofed lanai that is comfortably furnished with 4 antique rockers, a hammock, table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a gas grill. Part of the lanai is screened for a reading area and dining room. Access to the lanai is through beautiful French Doors. The lanai approximately doubles the area of the living space at Plumeria. You will be able to check your email with your laptop on the lanai as we have wireless Internet access.
Great Outdoor Shower and Yard: Plumeria shares a large grassy lawn and secluded outdoor shower with its guest house Orchid. The shower has hot and cold water and is stocked with towels , soap, and shampoo. The yard has flowers and fruit (avocados, tangelos, lemons, pineapple, and papayas) for our guests to pick and enjoy. There are sun lounges and an umbrella on the lawn. Larger groups should inquire about the use of the guests cottage called the Orchid across the lawn .
Other Activities: Beach combing, shelling, scuba, snorkel, relax in a hammock
