Centerville Cottage Summary

Our recently remodeled three-bedroom cottage is located directly across from and facing Craigville Beach. It is about 200 feet to the beach from our property. The cottage features three large bedrooms that are all nicely decorated. Two of the bedrooms have TVs. One also has a VCR. There are two full bathrooms. There is also a large enclosed mahogany outdoor shower. The kitchen is brand-new with custom tile floors and all new appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, and automatic coffeemaker. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. The living room has a 32 in. TV, VCR/DVD fireplace, hardwood floors and new furnishings. On the back of the cottage, there is a new 12 by 25 gated mahogany deck with new patio furniture and gas grill that continues all the way around the front of the house for some great views. The cottage is nicely equipped and its location is perfect with a view of the ocean that makes it seem like it is in your front yard. Please bring your own towels.

The Craigville Beach area is well-known for its beautiful setting. It's protected location provides for warm water temperature and calm surf. There are many outdoor activities in the area such as; swimming, biking, walking, fishing, canoeing, boating and golfing. Within a short drive are fine restaurants such as The Black Cat, The Roadhouse Cafe and Tugboats. Spend a day shopping or antiquing at the endless number of shops on Main Street in Hyannis and don't forget all you can do at Cape Cod Mall. Visit Hyannis Harbor and take a day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. You can also arrange for a deep-sea fishing trip or, for the kids, a sailing adventure on a pirate ship. Take in a summer concert at the close by Cape Cod Melody Tent. These are but a few of the activities that can take place in and around the Craigville Beach area. There are many others throughout all of Cape Cod.
