Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

All prices include taxes and cleaning. For stays of less than 7 days please use the extra night rates and add $70 cleaning. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be required on all bookings this is to cover any damage that occurs during your stay and will be refunded on vacation of the villa after it has been checked by my management company.
Pool heating is available to $110/week or £75/week - Through PayPal I am able to accept payments in most currencies please ask for details.

- Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with his/hers washbasin and shower. There is a shaving point and wall mounted hair dryer. The bedroom has a walk in closet TV telephone reading lamps and ceiling fan. A crib is also provided for infants. Bedrooms two,three also have a telephone , alarm clock radios, TV's and ceiling fans. All rooms have a large closet for hanging cloths. Bedroom four has twin beds with alarm clock radio table lamp and ceiling fan. Bedroom five has bunk beds with a Disney theme this room is served with a flat screen TV and play station with games.

Clermont Florida: Clermont Florida is nestled in South Lake County, conveniently located to the Orlando area attractions. With its many Lakes, Clermont is also a perfect area to take advantage of an area dotted with hills, valleys, and waterways running in all directions. Whether you enjoy boating. water skiing, fishing, Clermont is for you. Why not get a birds eye view of the Clermont area, check out the Citrus Tower, a 22 story monument to the Florida Citrus Industry.
Clear Creek: Clear Creek is a sub division of Woodridge and offers renters a quite location to relax after long days visiting the many Theme Parks and attractions. There is a large Wal-Mart store within a few minutes drive for one stop shopping or alternatively why not visit the local Winn Dixie Store located at the Woodbridge entrance. Just down the road on the 192 Highway you will find plenty of shops and restaurants and for something a little special why not try Arabian Nights on the 192 or Dolly Parton's on the Interstate 4 all within easy traveling distance of the villa.
Guest Book: The Villa is very convenient for all the parks, even allowing us to take the baby back for his afternoon nap and back for the fun later. Property absolutely great. Had everything needed and everything that was advertised Highly recommend to all and would definitely return. The villa was absolutely wonderful. There was enough room for our whole family to enjoy privacy while sharing a relaxing vacation together.
