Carolina Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- -$1085/week
$1085/week/Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend 2011.
$800/week/Saturday after Labor Day through December 2011.
Rentals are subject to state sales tax and local tax, currently totaling 13% (unfortunately, ALL condos/motels/hotels must charge this tax-required by the State and the County).
Rental check-in Saturday at 3pm & checkout Saturday at 11am.
There is no additional cleaning fee charged if there is a reasonable mess.
Deposit required at time of booking.- If you contact us we will send you information regarding making a reservation, payment arrangements, and other useful information. We will also answer any questions that you may have.
