Deposit and cancellation Policy:
An initial $400.00 security and damage deposit is required no later than 14 days after making the reservation. The deposit will be refunded 30 to 45 days or sooner if possible after check out, less the cost of damage, excessive cleaning or loss caused by the Tenants. Expenses incurred during your stay will be deducted from the remaining balance of your Security Deposit.
Payment in full is required no later than 30 days prior to the Tenant’s arrival date unless booked within 30 days. If cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded, less a $75.00 service charge. This service charge applies for all cancellations. Cancellation made less than 20 days prior to arrival may result in forfeiture of 25% of the entire rent, unless the property can be re-rented for an equal or greater amount. Cancellation made less than 10 days prior to arrival may result in forfeiture of 50% of the entire rent, unless the

Newer Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances is a tasty amenity. Pots and pans galore along with any electronic kitchen gadgets necessary for a terrific meal or get together including, blender, toaster, microwave mixer, coffee pot and more.
Technology: dial up Internet when you bring your own device. Direct TV is available for the watching as well.
