Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Window A/c unit in each second floor bedroom. Ceiling fans in all second floor BR's.
Summer rentals require a $300 refundable damage/security deposit. Weeks from Saturday 3 pm to following Saturday @10am. NON REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE OF $100 DUE WITH FINAL PAYMENT.
Reservation Info: A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit required at reservation. The final 50% plus the refundable security deposit are due 45 DAYS before vacation. Security deposit is refunded promptly provided house is left clean and without damage. - Reservations made within 60 days of stay require payment in full.
