The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level.. 3 out of the 4 lower level bedrooms have access onto the lower deck. Ceiling fans are in every room. TV 's in each bedroom. Mattresses are new (2007)

Barnegat Light House Details
The overhead lights have dimmers adjusting lights to the outside environment. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a family room encased in windows with 2 sliding glass doors to the lower deck. There is a full bath with shower, and washer and dryer. The family room can sleep 4,is ideal for children and grandchildren for late TV viewing. There are large ceiling fans in each room. A boardwalk through the dunes gives beach access. And there is a roof deck with beautiful views of the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay...not for small children,however..
