ENJOY THE MAGIC OF AUTUMN and lower rates in this spacious, attractive, fully equipped guest apartment in its own separate building on a private lake front estate on northern Lake George's beautiful Heart Bay. Dock space is included. The water is shallow with a sandy bottom, great for family swimming until circa mid-Sept. The extensive lawn, with over 200' of lake frontage, has tables and chairs, barbecue grill, swing set, and lawn games available. The apartment, fondly called 'the penthouse' by some of our guests, is approximately 1100 square feet and has 2 large bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), an over sized living/dining/kitchen and 1 bath with shower. Apartment is modern, but has lots of charm with knotty pine walls and ceilings, a balcony, many skylights and windows, two ceiling fans, and central heat. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, and cable TV, matching dishes and towels. It is very comfortably furnished. (See also our guest cottage, ID 107647)
