Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- summer rates variable, please inquire; off season, $350/night
- The state of Maine is now requiring us to collect 7% sales tax on all rentals. Consequently, please add 7% when looking at prices.
Call for off-season rates and availability
The house is also available for weekend rentals in late Sep/Oct. The rate is $350/night, with a 2 night minimum. Additional nights $250 each, to a maximum charge of $1400. 3 night minimum required for holiday weekends. - Fall is a wonderful time in Maine- less crowds and lower rents. Call or e-mail to find our new low rates for this fall
