The house is also available for weekend rentals in late Sep/Oct. The rate is $350/night, with a 2 night minimum. Additional nights $250 each, to a maximum charge of $1400. 3 night minimum required for holiday weekends. - LOWER rates for this summer. All unrented weeks have new lower rates. E-mail owner to find new rates.

Moody House Details
Easy access to beach: There is a public beach with lifeguard and parking 1/2 mile away. The Wells Trolley stop is 1 block away, with access to Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Kids ride free!
Beautiful marsh views: The property runs all the way to the marsh in the back. There is also a basketball/sports court for your use in the backyard. A croquet set is available as well.
Swimming pool: When the weather is not conducive to the beach or you want to cool off after a hot day, relax in the beautiful in-ground pool. Weekly maintenance included in rental. Pool toys available.
