Roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Chimney Hill resort community contains everything you'll need during your stay. No need to pack linens, as sheets and towels are provided. Feel like eating in? All cooking and eating utensils are provided as well as a dishwasher. A washer and dryer in the house will save you the hassle at home. The rustic stone fireplace will keep you warm as you enjoy a movie or cable TV. Plenty of room - each bedroom contains at least one queen bed and a TV. Need some space from the kids? We have a 700 sf finished full basement with pull-out sectional, TV, gaming console, pool table, darts and air hockey. Located within walking distance to the clubhouse, an outdoor or indoor pool, games and other activities are awaiting the entire family.

Just minutes from Mount Snow and Haystack Ski Resorts and Golf Courses. Rental includes use of the community clubhouse (featuring a game room, big-screen TV and indoor & outdoor pools). Located conveniently to Lake Whitingham, hiking & mountain bike trails, and numerous other scenic attractions. A short drive into town will find many fine restaurants and New England taverns, not to mention more antique dealers than you could possibly visit in a weekend. Excellent foliage!

  • Summer: $400/weekend $750/week ( April 1st through August 31st)
    Fall Foliage: $500/weekend $800/week ( September and October)
    Winter: $725/weekend, Make it three days for another $150; $1,275/week (December 1st through April 1)
    Christmas/New Years Week = $2,000
    Winter Seasonal: 1/2 Share = $5,500; 3/4 Share = $8,000
