• A 50% down payment of the total is required within 7 days and the date will be stated
on the contract.
• Keep in mind that others may be inquiring about the property and we will inform them
that the cottage is pending a contract.
• Failure to pay the down payment within 7 days will result in cancellation of the
contract. Partial payments of the down payment will also cancel the contract unless
otherwise arranged with owner.
