Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rates shown are for double occupancy with or without a child for three or more nights. Please inquire for parties of more than 2.
Add $10/night/additional guest (if is a 3rd. adult or a 2nd. child in the unit. A maximum of four persons if the 3rd and 4th person are children).
*Three nights or less add $50 as a cleaning fee.
These rates applies for reservations made after Sept. 21th. 2007 -
No cleaning fee (for the cleaning of the unit in the check out/4 nights or more), No processing fees, Tax included!!!
A rent deposit and a security deposit is required! In order to proceed with the check in the balance must be paid. Additional cleaning @$50 (if requested). The rent deposit is non-refundable and the balance is due by the check in (for the whole period of time reserved). In order to proceed with the check in all the pending balances must be canceled.

Isla Verde Studio Details
An option is provided to buy a phone card to make phone calls through a pre-paid cellular phone. If desirable, more channels will be added to the satellite TV with a payment of the difference of the regular services. No Smoking is allowed inside, but smoking is permitted in the premises or in the building communal areas, specifically, in the 4th floor lobby, where the unit is located next to the stairs.
Rent deposit and admission rights: The rent deposit is always, non-refundable. In order to proceed with the check in the remaining balance must be paid according to the period of time reserved. The owner has the right to admit or not admit a person with a bad conduct upon arrival or during the stay according to his criteria and the accomplishment of the rules explained in the check in.
Guest Book: Puerto Rico is the island of enchantment. It is our treasure and now is yours. Come and discover it, and you will have to come again and again because you will be enchanted of the people, the places and the exotic Caribbean scenarios. If you want to do snorkeling in exotica areas, rappelling in 'El Canon de San Cristobal@Aibonito', clip hanging, fly a plane like a dove in the sky, parachute (East Coast) or see a blue lagoon (Cayey-Patillas) in one of our tropical forests, let us know. We will help you get more information or even reservations. A beautiful horse ride right in Isabela is incredible!
