Carrabassett Valley House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates: $600 a night (Mon-Thurs.) and $850 a night (Friday, Saturday and Holiday dates).
- A 5 night minimum stay is required, except during the February vacation dates of Feb 15 - 24; a 7 day minimum is required. Charge is $600 per night from Sunday through Thursday and $850 per night for Friday & Saturday. Our holidays rates are $850 per night. (See holiday dates below.) A 7% Maine sales tax added to your bill. Our summer rates are from May through November at $600 a night, Monday - Sunday.
Holidays rates of $850 a night apply for the following dates: Dec. 26 - Jan. 1, Jan. 20, Feb. 17-22.
Payment Terms: We rent on a first come, first serve basis. In order to reserve the house, 50% of the total rental payment is due when making a reservation (non-refundable 60 days prior to your arrival date). The remaining 50% balance (non-refundable) will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date along with the security deposit of $1000. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days from your departure date if the house is left in satisfactory condition. - $600 a night - Sunday thru Thursday
$850 a night - Friday and Saturday night and holidays 12/26 - 1/1, 1/20 & 2/17 -2/22 (Feb. vacation week)
$1000 - security deposit
$7% sales tax.
5 night minimum stay required.
