Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$75 per stay cleaning charge
$50 per pet per week pet charge
Bring your own linens or they can be provided for $100 per stay
Total rent + fees subject to 7% Maine State Tax
Deposit: 50% Check/M.O. secures rental; Deposit with be refunded with written cancel notice prior to May1st
Balance of Rent + fees + 7% Maine State Tax + $300 Security Deposit Escrow due July 1st. Money Order or Certified Check only
