Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Kentucky Lake House Details
Downstairs a wood-burning fireplace and a sauna are situated conveniently nearby, along with a full-size desk for the workaholic. A private swimming pool (and a three-person jacuzzi, which is an extra $100 per week if used) and a foosball table complete the perfect vacation spot. The house is situated only three miles from Miller Memorial Golf Course, which has been ranked among the top designed public courses in the nation by Golf Digest, and the best thing is that green fees are only $15!
UPSTAIRS RENOVATED 2009: The kitchen has all new appliances and granite countertops. The living area has a new beautiful wood floor and a 42-inch flat screen TV. Both bathrooms upstairs have been totally renovated and are beautiful. One of the bedrooms also was completely redone and is now known as the Washington Suite. The second master bedroom has a flat screen TV. My last guests said it was almost too nice. They also said they have been to more than 40 different houses over the last 40 years and mine was the nicest and best stocked. THERE ARE MANY REASONS WHY THE PEAK SUMMER MONTHS ARE USUALLY COMPLETELY BOOKED THE YEAR BEFORE AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH AN AMAZING VIEW!!!
Cooking: The kitchen is totally stocked with plenty of expensive titaninum pots and pans and everything you need to cook. The grill is a dream grill with 4 burners and a rotisserie as well as a separate burner to sear meats.
