Balboa Island House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2000-$3500/week, $4000/month off season
- The house is rented weekly and monthly throughout the year
Winter (September 15 - June 15): $2200/week $4000/holiday weeks
$4300/month off season
Summer (June 15 - September 15): $4000/week
A $90 cleaning fee and a 10% Newport Beach 'bed tax' must be added to all rentals under 30 days.
A refundable security deposit is also required. Long distance phone charges are deducted from the security deposit
