The rental fee is a minimum of half the weekly rent, so in off-season, if you would like the house for 3 nights, the rent would be $2,250 or 1/2 of $4,500. Most costs are fixed, like the maid, linens, lawn and pool service; we have to pay for it whether renters stay 1 night or 7 nights, so it is most economical to stay a week.
During the on-season, Memorial Day through Labor Day, we normally rent by the week only.
