Ski: Beautiful views of the Waterville Valley ski trails with easy access, only 1 mile away. Free shuttle ride to mountain with shuttle stop at end of driveway. Cross country ski trails begin at end of driveway. Also easy drive to Loon Mountain Ski area.
Golf: Walk to fun 9 hole course with beautiful mountain views. Drive 15 minutes to Owl's Nest Golf Club in Campton, NH. Beautiful championship 18 hole course, expended to 27 holes in 2008. Additional course within easy drive including several Donald Ross courses.
