Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1,000/night, $4,500-$8,500/week
- $1,000/night for first two nights (two night minimum stay) and $500 per night each additional night during the Shoulder-season and Off- season (September 15 to June 30) except for Holidays and Special Events when there is a three night minimum.

$7,500-$8,500/week Peak Season (July 1 - September 15)

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday for July & August; flexible arrival/departure days for September - June
