Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) are subject to a 3 night minimum and a $25/night rental rate premium over weekend rates.
- A cleaning fee of $95 is charged on all rentals of less than five nights. Payment is by personal check or money order. Credit card payment via PayPal is available (additional fee of 3% of amount charged applies).
