Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Weekdays (Monday thru Thursday) - 2 nt. min.

*Rates based on 4 people. If more than 4 there is an additional $7.50pp/night extra fee unless under the age of 5.
*Cleaning fee included on 3 night stays or more.
*Cancellation policy-Must be made 3 weeks prior to arrival for a full refund. If less than 3 weeks a full refund will be due if all dates are rerented, partial refund will be due if partial dates are rerented and no refund will be due if no dates are rerented. Holidays/Georgia Mtn. Fair must be made 1 month prior to arrival then same rules apply. - *25% deposit to book cabin, balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Holidays/Georgia Mtn. Fair 50% deposit to book cabin, balance due 1 month prior to arrival.
