Forms of Payment Accepted:
We accept US funds in the form of credit cards or e-check (a requirement form of payment if you book within 30 days of stay). If you prefer to pay with a personal check or money order, you must book more than 30 days in advance. - Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation with more than 60 days notice, you will be refunded 100% of any payments made.
If you cancel your reservation within 30 to 60 days of your stay, you will be refunded 90% of any payments made.
If you cancel your reservation with less than 30 days of your stay, we will refund your payment by 90% if we are able to re-book the property for the same time; otherwise, your payment(s) will be forfeited.
Pet Deposit Policy:
Pets are allowed only with owner's prior approval and a $100.00 pet deposit. Pet deposits are returned within 30 days of your check-out date, after confirmation from the cleaning crew that your pet has not damaged the home.
