There are extensive fields and around 60 acres for hiking down to the ocean off the Cabot Trail on Cape Breton Island.
It is close to Cape Smokey for winter skiing and snowboarding, and the property itself has access to areas excellent for snowshoeing and skating during winter; mountain biking and hiking during other seasons. -
