Check-in time is 3pm (NO EARLY CHECK-IN due to cleaning)
Check-out time is 10am - In order to reserve your stay, 1/2 of the rental fee plus a refundable deposit rate of $250 for 1 home/$500 for 2 homes is required. Deposit is returned if house is left as found and after keys are mailed back.
The other 1/2 of the rental fee is due 1 month prior to your stay.
If renting period is less than 1 month away, the full rental rate + deposit is due at time of reservation.
