- Rentals are weekly and a phone conversation with the manager is essential before booking to discuss length of stay and deposit. We prefer to rent weekly and therefor make rates more attractive to stay for longer. There is extensive work in turning over the property on a shorter time scale and we prefer not to take short term bookings very far in advance. We offer a 4 night rental for 2000 euros. Christmas and new year are for full weeks only.
A cash deposit of 1000 euro is taken on check in and returned on check out. We can take 1500 US$ or 1000 sterling instead if you prefer not to return home with euro cash. We also take a credit card imprint against damages.
