(There are no screens, no limited view, no shade from other buildings) This is truly paradise on exclusive Whitney Beach, Longboat Key. Sit at the table on your beautiful balcony and watch the waves and dolphins play as you enjoy breakfast, or relax on easy chairs and chaise lounge while you watch the majestic sunsets. Open floor plan. Approximately 1000 sq feet. Newly decorated. Everything you need for a wonderful visit. This condo is located near everything. Boating across the street. Tennis on the property. Tennis is also available down the street at the world famous Colony Tennis and Spa resort. Other tennis academies close by. Bike lane along the whole length of the key. Separate running/walking path also along the key. Golf available at many locations. Many restaurants, great shopping at the south end of the key infamous St. Armands Circle. And if that is not enough then you have everything Sarasota has to offer just a few minutes down the road.
