- Spring / Summer:Sunday to Sunday rental schedule. Check-in is 4:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am.
- To secure the reservation: 1/2 (one-half) the rent is due within 7 (seven) days of the reservation date. When the owner receives the reservation funds, the reservation will be held until close of business on the Friday preceding 60 days before check in. Cancellation: After a reservation is made, the reservation funds are non-refundable. If the owner re-books the home then the reservation funds may be refunded.
Final payment: The rental balance, including sales tax (12.5%), security deposit(s), cleaning fee, and remaining rent is due to the owner in full, no later than close of business on the Friday preceding 60 days before check in. For example: For a July 14th check in, the final rental balance is due to the owner no later than the close of business on May 14th. Time is of the essence. Cancellations can be hard to re-book at full price as the check in date approaches. Owner reserves the right to cancel reservations without a refund if full payment is not received on time.
- How to compute rental cost: Add the Base rental rate (above) + $225 Cleaning & Linen Service + 12.5% tax.
(2.2% Credit Card Processing Fee will apply. Avoid the 2.2% fee by submitting an e-Check payment for only $5 service charge).

South Carolina: Sales 5.0%, Accommodations 2.0%
Charleston County: Accommodations 2.0%, Local Option 1.0%, Education 1.0%, Transportation 0.5%

Security Deposit Note: The deposit is fully refundable, but due to the administrative time involved to track and communicate security deposit deductions, secure replacement parts, drive to and from the hardware store, etc.,the charge to the security deposit for ANY repairs or additional cleaning required will be a MINIMUM of $100. This also applies to cigarette butts left around the outside of the home.
