Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The price includes taxes, air conditioning, electricity, water, use of swimming pool and solarium, cleaning and change of towels 2 times a week, change of bed linen once a week. Pool towels and beach chairs are provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed, the pool and 'lifeguard, use and' at your own risk. The apartment must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
In the apartment smoking is not allowed The reservation is confirmed after it was paid 30% of the cost of the stay. In the low season canceled 30 days before arrival may be returned dell'70% of the paid up. In high season there is no refund. The remainder will be made in cash upon delivery of the keys.
