Minimum $450 for any period in the off-season but will do weekends.

Chatham Cottage Details
Cute / Clean/ private.: We've owned the house since 1998 and have continued the strong rental history with the repeat tenants going back to the previous owner. It was built in 1960 and has 1200 square feet with a full basement. The cottage is cute, clean and situated in a private, rural, family-oriented neighborhood off Pleasant Street Beach. Please note: All smoke and carbon monoxide detectors have been installed and inspected according to the latest regulations. We take great pride in constantly improving the house and it's amenities every year.
