Relax and enjoy your vacation in this gracious, inviting, Victorian upper cottage. This home has been recently restored with modern amenities, including central air! Located in a north end beach block, this home is within an easy walk to beach, boards, shopping, and fine dining. Inside you will find a spacious living and dining room. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a powder room finish the first floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower. The master bedroom has a private balcony. The third floor features a half bath and bedroom with sitting room. A back deck is perfect for family gatherings. This home offers off-street parking, outside shower and a gas barbecue. A wonderful house to enjoy your Ocean City vacation. Please - No Smokers, pets, groups or high school Seniors!

You will be happy with all the deck space available for your retreat. Once you enter the living room from the front deck, you go left to the dining room with the kitchen in the back. The living room furniture converts into a queen sofa bed and a single sofa bed. A washer and dryer in the rear are conveniently located for your use. There is also a powder room here. The back deck has seating and a table with a gas fired bar-b-que. The second level has three bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a crib and access to the upper porch with a view of the ocean! The third level is in the loft and has a large bedroom with four twin beds and a sitting room with a full sized sofa bed. There is another powder room on the third floor. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils for any fare. All you supply are the bed linens and the towels.

Just a few blocks south on the boardwalk and you arrive at the amusement center and other attractions to keep the family busy for days. Head back to the bay area to enjoy wave runners, jet skiing, fishing, sailing, para-sailing and more! Should you prefer a cocktail with your meal, the town of Somers Point is a short drive away with a large selection of nightclubs and restaurants to suit any particular palate. Some cloudy day activities include 'Storybook Land' in nearby Egg Harbor Township, and Historical Cape May.
