Chatham Condo Details
Lots of room (1500sq ft) walk to popular Ridgevale Beach. On the south side of Route 28. Sliders off dining area with private deck and big back yard. 2 large bedrooms each with a bath. Lovely gazebo at front entrance to enjoy morning coffee. Air conditioned bedrooms, tile floor areas Washer,dryer and dishwasher. A vcr, dvd, and cd player; TV in bedroom and living room. Comfortable furniture with new quality mattress. Patio furniture on back deck with Weber grille. An outside hot/cold shower for after beach swimming. Very close to Chatham's new bike trail. Children are welcome as it is an ideal beach area for them; they will spend hours exploring and splashing in tidal pools and the warm waters. Great local fishing.
Walk or drive to poular Ridgevale beach with parking area and snack bar. Walk to bakery/coffee shop and a few minutes drive to quaint downtown shops, restaurants. Downtown family popular Friday night band concert. Cable TV. Chatham baseball at Vetran's Field.
A quaint down town is a short 3 mile drive. Friday night family band concerts, wonderful restaruants and shops.
Golf: Golf is a popular attraction in Chatham and other surrounding towns.
