Townsend Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$240/night for up to 4 guests
Please add $10 per person/ per night after the base 4
$1,512/week / 4 guests / includes 10% discount!
January - April:
$190/night for up to 4 guests
$1,197/week / 4 guests / includes 10% discount!
10% discount included in each weekly quote!
$10 extra per person over 4 guests
$10 per dog/per night upon permission. No cats
No cleaning fees.
No reservation fees.
No hot tub fees, etc!
Ask for any current manager's specials!
We ask for a one-night's base deposit of $240 at reservation with the balance due one week in advance of your arrival...two weeks for a holiday booking. There will be a minimum $50.00 fee for processing/holding any cancellation or you may re-schedule to another time for a $25.00 re-booking fee. If you must cancel, please do so prior to 30 days of your arrival to give us time to advertise and re-book. Otherwise, we could retain 90% of your rental if the chalet does not rebook. Ask me - Please note that starting the Summer season we prefer to book full weeks during June, July, the first two weeks of August, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays with no empty dates between bookings, so ask to keep them looking nice for you. We are large enough to serve you yet small enough to care for you. These time frames will book without question and we simply need to do it this way to continue to provide you with one of the best vacation spots in the Smokies!
