Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices are in US$ inclusive of Tax, pool and spa heating, telephone, internet, barbecue and gas, Xbox 360's online, satellite HD and mid / end of week maid service with towel / linen changes and cleans during your stay. All facilities at the resort are also available for our guests use free of charge.
Prices are based upon Saturday to Saturday reservations, it may be possible to start and finish on other days please ask for details.
A deposit of 20% is required on all holiday reservations at the time of booking and the remaining 80% is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival at the villa.
A security deposit of US$750 is required 2 weeks prior to your arrival and is held by us against accidental damage, etc., as per our terms and conditions (available on request) and this is refundable all being well as soon after your departure as possible, usually within one week.

The fourth master suite shares a bathroom with the neutral twin room but this can be locked off to either room to create a private bathroom. The last bathroom is shared in similar fashion between the, cowboy room and fairy room, and is themed for children.
