Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A non-refundable deposit of 10% to secure booking. Security Deposit required in GBP
The price includes linen, towels and sheets etc (these are refreshed on a weekly basis), regular pool cleaning. The non-refundable deposit of 10% is payable on booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period plus a refundable security deposit of 500GBP, this will be returned within 1 week of the last day of the rental period. Payment is to be made by bank transfer with any bank charges covered by the renter.
On arrival the guests are asked to pay the amount of the final cleaning bill in advance. - Cleaner rate 15 euros per hour (to be organised in advance if required).
- Booking Period. During off peak times we can be flexible but the peak time from 15th July through August 31st Can Mademon is only available for weekly rentals and the rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday. Guests are asked to leave by 10 am and arrive after 4pm on arrival and leaving days to give enough time to ready the house for the next visitors.
There is a final cleaning charge of 150€ to be added to the rental cost.

- All bedrooms are large and airy. The two downstairs have the traditional stone arches and thick stone walls which make them nice and cool in summer. Upstairs the master bedroom is very big with views to the pool and upstairs terrace. The second bedroom has a door onto the upstairs terrace and the third looks out to the front of the house with views to the mountains beyond.
