Edgartown House Details
Games: The first thing one can do at the property is relax and do any of the things that privacy would allow. We are waterfront and the view is exceptional. We provide many game sets such as badminton, croquet and bocce ball, but any games that require the space of a large lawn to the water are possible.
Dining and Relaxing: A sandy beach is a tenth of a mile, short walk, away and our Property Manager can be readily available to help tenants with any property specific issues. Our porch with its 6 Adirondack chairs is a popular gathering place to relax and enjoy the views while our dining room has service for 16 persons.
Tuesday Turnover: Our Tuesday turnover day is popular as it avoids auto reservation issues with the ferry. Most summer weekends the ferry will not allow standby traffic making it impossible to get a car across if you haven't reserved long in advance. Also, this allows the tenant to enjoy the best events of the week (on the week end) and avoid summer traffic jams caused by the majority of other Cape & Islands weekly renters.
