- All 3 bathroom floors--like the kitchen--are tiled. The ground floor bathroom has a washer/dryer, and a door to the 700 square foot deck. The en-suite master bath has a tub/shower. All 3 showers have opaque glass doors, and the outdoor shower also is private. There is a new 50 gallon indirect water heater, assuring hot water at all times. The lighting throughout the house is excellent.

- There are 2 bedrooms in a separate wing on the second floor, each with one double bed; they share a bath and a landing large enough for a crib; one has a telephone; like all other rooms there are excellent reading lights. The air-conditioned master bedroom in a separate wing on the second floor has a queen bed, an en-suite full bath, a seating area, a cordless telephone, and a desk with a lovely view of the front garden replete with lavender, hydrangeas, fairy and sea foam roses, low bush blueberries, vinca, and the comings and goings of nesting birds. A bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds (easily combined to a double bed) has a telephone/fax and a large desk. There's a queen sofa bed in the great room next to the ground floor bath; it's spacious and private--practically as special as the master bedroom--with a telephone and stereo. Every telephone offers free US and Canada long distance.
